Documents and Letters (1884–2014)

Documents connected with the Society and its leaders that were never issued as publications: personal letters (Rutherford's letters from prison in 1918, C. J. Woodworth, Olin Moyle), corporate records (charters and amendments, the British companies, annual reports, tax returns, certificates of incorporation), government files (Australian files 1942–1976, U.S. Selective Service memoranda, a 1948 CIA report, the 1941 ACLU report), Richard Rawe's draft case papers and the Beth Sarim deed, and later correspondence between Witnesses and the Society or its legal department (1996–2008), with personal statements of former members. Letters of the Society to bodies of elders are in the Letters series with its other letters. Handwritten documents and forms are shown as images of the scanned pages.
