Dear Brothers:
The A Unit, New York, New York Congregation is now in need of an Assistant Congregation Servant and Congregation Book Study Servant because of W having disqualified himself as a servant. It would be appreciated if the Society could assign a qualified brother from Bethel to fill this vacancy as we do not have anyone locally at present. A married couple would be a good asset to the congregation and would be preferred. If not, then a qualified brother is needed.
Your consideration of this matter is appreciated.

Dear Brother C
The Society is happy to advise you at this time that you are being appointed to serve as the assistant congregation servant and as a book study servant with the A Unit. With your background and experience we believe you should serve well and faithfully there and Brother H P , a member of the Bethel family, is the congregation servant of the A Unit. So you can get in touch with him right away relative to your transfer to the A Unit.
We are making this assignment effective June 10. This should give you sufficient time to turn over any calls and studies you might have with the B H Unit to responsible individuals in that unit and we are sending a carbon copy of this letter to Brother A as well as Brother P so that both brothers might be advised of this development.
We sincerely hope that you and Sister C will enjoy your association with the A Unit and we believe you are in a good position to make a contribution to the advancement of the work there. May Jehovah bless this arrangement to the full and may His spirit guide you in all things.

Dear Brother G:
As you know the Society has been checking into the possibility of adjusting your assignment. We believe that it will be better for you and Sister G under the circumstances to be in another congregation and so effective the date of this letter or as soon as you can arrange it you are being transferred to serve with the A Unit. There is a great need for help there as far as covering their vast territory and also we believe you will enjoy associating with the congregation very much. We know you will miss the brothers and sisters in the E Unit and undoubtedly they will miss you. But we believe this new assignment will work out better for both of you.
We are sending carbon copies of this letter to both overseers concerned and Brother P the overseer of the A Unit, will get in touch with you just as soon as possible and he will tell you about your new assignment, where you will serve, times of meetings, etc.
Please be assured of our warm Christian love and we certainly pray that this arrangement will have Jehovah's blessing to the full.
