Dear Brothers:

We are very happy to have you with us as members of the Bethel family and welcome you to this grand place of theocratic activity. This letter is to advise you that you are being assigned to the Unit and we know you will want to support the activities of the congregation fully, attending meetings regularly, participating in the field ministry consistently, as this will add greatly to your pleasure and satisfaction here at Bethel.

To facilitate matters for you we are setting forth at the bottom of this letter the name of one of the members of the Bethel family who is associated with your new unit and we are sending him a copy of this letter. You should contact him right away and he will accompany you to your new unit. You can go to the lobby in the 107 or 124 buildings and ascertain the room of this Bethel brother and then contact him right away. This will help you to get acquainted with your new surroundings and we feel sure it will work out quite nicely for you as you associate with this new group.

The Society is confident that you will work hard to make a fine contribution to the advancement of the Kingdom work in your new assignment and please be assured of our warm Christian love at this time.

With you serving the interests of the Kingdom,

Watchtower B , V . J . Society
